Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your item, please email us your concern and we will surely assist you at anytime.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

SALE ITEMS - All sales are final with any item that we have on sale at the time of purchase and not eligible for refunds. Orders containing any sale items are being sent to our dispatch department automatically and we can no longer cancel your order.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your local post office. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.

We only refund orders that have proof that they were not received.
